The next process is stitching of textile product like terry towels & fabrics.

We have 4 stitching departments at LSM:

Gloves & 30/30

Retail/ Dyed Towels

Institutional/ White Towels

Confection (bathrobes, baby wraps etc.)

LSM has the following capacity in stitching unit.

No of Machine: 30 single needle, 4 double needle machine.

Working Shifts: Single 8 hours working shifts.

Stitching Thread: Polyester thread.

Quality Control: QC inspection Details for automatic sewing machines. Juki (Japan) Single needle auto reverse stitching.

Bar-tack Machine: 4 Juki automatic computerize machine.

Stitching Capacity: approximately 20,000 pieces/ day approximately 10,000 gloves/ day
