The 1st process is to bleach a uniform and absorbent towel ready for a good pick up of optical brightener (white) or dyes (for solid dyed) At LSM, we have one of the best machines to perform this job. The Machines are known as Soft Flows. The Latest edition is the HT/HP Soft Flow Machine
Dyeing is the process of adding color to textile products like terry and fabrics. Dyeing is normally done in a special solution containing dyes and particular chemical material.

Folding & Inspection
1- Dyed Fabric is inspected to ensure optimum quality.
2- Fabric is rolled and then issued to the stitching unit.
Inspection Prior to Stitching
1- Fabric Rolls issued from Dyeing Unit are inspected to ensure optimum quality.
2- Fabric is then issued for cutting and stitching.
