Warping
The 1st step towards the manufacturing of towels is WARPING.
The purpose of warping is to arrange threads in long length parallel to one another preparatory to further processing. The primary operation of warp-machine in which ends withdrawn from a warping creel, evenly spaced in sheet form, one wounded out to a beam to substantial length.

Sizing
Sizing means the operation of applying a special solution i.e. known a size solution to warp yarns to strengthen, smoothen + lubricate them. In machine size a warp is transferred from a warp beam to a loom beam.
